Hour 16 Read-a-thon Challenge

This is the 3rd mini-challenge of the Dewey's 24 Hour Read-a-thon. The Bluestocking Society is hosting this challenge about re-reading.

I decided that I wouldn't do any rereading during this read-a-thon because I will be participating in another read-a-thon in November that will only be rereads. I don't reread too many books but when I do, they are books that make me feel good, are good for a few laughs, or they take me back to how I felt when I first read them. Some favorites are Second Helping and Perfect Fifths by Megan McCafferty. I do plan to reread Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist and Dash and Lily's Book of Dares, both by David Levithan and Rachel Cohn, by the end of the year. Those books, both set in NYC, make me laugh and are filled with characters that I love.

  1. Second Helping and Perfect Fifths are pretty good books. I've heard good things about it. I will buy this soon. Thank you for sharing! I'm glad I've stopped by today. I like the Read-a-thon challenge. I think it's awesome. I might find time to join you.

You can join my weekly feature The Sunday Gathering if you're interested.
